Chef Varun Inamdar was chosen to represent PepsiCo India at 'PepsiCo Flavor Lab', at Make in India initiated by PM Narendra Modi, to create some nutritious desserts promoting health in India. Chef Varun Inamdar created over 50 new and experimental creations spread over 5 days using unusual sweet and savoury ingredients to over 6500+ in the audience daily in various batches. D. Shiva Kumar, Chairman and CEO, PepsiCo. India Holdings Pvt Ltd graced the occasion along with long-time friend and 5 Michelin star chef Vikas Khanna who gave him company on Day 2 to stir in some measured chemicals and showcased' Molecular Gastronomy' together
